Women: BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) - 161
TDEE Calculation
TDEE = BMR × Activity Multiplier

Activity multipliers range from 1.2 (sedentary) to 1.9 (extremely active).
